The charity market vendors
We are opening a charity market in Hiroshima, Kyoto, Tokyo
where Earth Caravan events are held.
We are looking for vendors to join our charity market.
The final day for applications is June 12th, 2015.
【application guideline】
Common for all locations
| Applicants | Any individual or group, who has the same wish to create a world where we understand each other. Anyone who can donate 100% of proceeds, except the costs of materials, overhead and transportation fees. |

| How donations are being used | 50% of the donations from all booths are used for children who need support in the following areas. (１) Support children in Palestine, the Gaza Strip (２) Educational support in Rwanda The remaining 50% supports expenses at each Earth Caravan location. |
| About products and booths | ・food and drinks, and Goods ・Handmade arts and crafts ・Display ・Workshop ※ For food and drinks - please choose options that are healthy, especially for children. (For example, use raw sugar instead of refined sugar and please bring foods as natural as possible. Foods free of MSG and GMO are preferred. ) ※ For drinking water - please ask a person in charge at the market. |

Important Points/Considerations
- ◆About the person in charge at a booth
- ・The applicant must be present during the event. (please no substitute applicants)
- ◆About the site
- ・Please don't use sound systems considered to be noisy.
- ・Please be responsible for garbage.
- ◆Others
- ・If this is your first time and need assistance, (eg. renting a tent) please feel free to contact us.
- ・Please prepare your own change of money.
- ・Please take care of your valuables.
- ・In the case of the bad weather including strong wind, we may decide to cancel the event by the judgment of the sponsor.
- ・If there are only a few applicants, the event may be cancelled.
- ・If the application is not clear or sale items are not appropriate, we may decline your request.
- ・If you do not follow the instructions from our staff, we may ask you to leave the market.
